for BHP Billiton Base Metals and President for BHP Copper Inc. He
is a CPA and holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance
as well as an MBA from the University of Arizona.

Mr.
Anderson has 30+ years of mining experience and has held senior operating
positions with several foreign and domestic mining companies and consulting
firms including St. Joe Minerals Corporation, Compania Minera Aguilar,
SA, Walhalla Mining Company, Compania Minera Roca Roja, SA de CV,
Nord Pacific Limited and ACA Howe International.
